I am now officially halfway through my eight-week couch to 5k program! Even though I'm starting to find that the sessions are getting tougher, I haven't been pushed out of my comfort zone enough to want to stop. Yet.
I am a serial gym joiner, as I'm sure 99% of people with gym memberships are. In a bid to start going to the gym again, I've made a couple of little changes that I thought I would share.
