I wanted to make some healthy snacks that would curb my cravings between meals. I have a terrible sweet tooth and needed something that would stop me raiding the cupboards for cereal bars and chocolate.

Cooking for a crowd

I really enjoy cooking. But on the rare occasion that I have friends or family over for dinner, I go into a small panic. I thought I would share what I learnt after cooking for a group.
